How to track my order?
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.
Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery.
How long until my order is dispatched?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. This time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes.

Brexit?
If you are outside of the UK or European Union you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. All orders will be shipped DAP (delivery at place), our courier DHL may contact you for more information regarding your shipment. Should there is a delay or any issue with your delivery, please contact faceltdinfo@gmail.com for help in resolving the problem.
It is important to note that a small fee will incur and it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and charges on delivery. Import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its destination country. FACECONCEPTSTORES LTD has no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the charge would be, as customs policies vary from country-to-country.
