How to track my order?
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.
Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery.
How long until my order is dispatched?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. This time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes.
Please be mindful of any pre-order items. These will take longer to be dispatched and key dates are listed on each item.
Brexit?
The UK has reached a trade agreement with the EU that has taken effect from 01.01.21. This agreement establishes zero tariffs or duties on trade between the UK and the EU. This means that all orders placed and shipped within Europe, will continue as normal and avoid any further charges.
All European orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), our courier DHL may contact you for more information regarding your shipment, however you will not be charged.
However,for all Non-EU customers, it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and charges on delivery. Import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its destination country. FACECONCEPTSTORES LTD has no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the charge would be, as customs policies vary from country-to-country. Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.
