How to track my order?
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.
Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery.
How long until my order is dispatched?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of preorder arrival. This time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes.
Please be mindful of any pre-order items. These will take longer to be dispatched and key dates are listed on each item.
NON-EU CUSTOMERS SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you are outside of the UK or European Union you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. All orders will be shipped DAP (delivery at place), our courier DHL may contact you for more information regarding your shipment.
